DataScan is pleased to announce some exciting organizational changes effective immediately. The first notable change is the retirement of former President Edward Brown. Ed began serving as President in 2017 and played a vital role in championing the many technology initiatives DataScan has undertaken. Prior to DataScan, Ed had nearly a 20-year tenure with JM Family Enterprises, overseeing various divisions, including serving as Group Vice President of Southeast Toyota Finance.
Ed is succeeded by Brian Koprowski, former Vice President of Operations, now serving as Chief Executive Officer, and Matt Powell, former CFO & Vice President of Business Development, promoted to President & CFO. Koprowski and Powell are longtime DataScan associates with over 40 years of tenure collectively and have been instrumental in DataScan’s continued growth and success. They will work closely to ensure continuity while ushering in new company initiatives to maintain DataScan’s industry-leading position. In addition to these changes, Brian and Matt are excited to announce the following senior promotions.
